TOWSON, Md., April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- DEWALT, a Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) brand and leader in total jobsite solutions, today announced new carpentry solutions for residential applications in its power tools and hand tools categories. Leading the charge in DEWALT's new releases is the 20V MAX* XR^® 12-In. Double Bevel Sliding Miter Saw (DCS785), setting a new benchmark in its cordless cut capacity.

New DEWALT Carpentry Solutions Include:

20V MAX* XR^® 12-In. Double Bevel Sliding Miter Saw

The 20V MAX* XR^® 12-In. Double Bevel Sliding Miter Saw (DCS785) boasts DEWALT's largest cut capacity among its 20V Max* cordless miter saw line up. This saw is DEWALT's first 12-In. 20V Max* miter saw compatible with the entire range of 20V MAX* and DEWALT FLEXVOLT^® batteries (sold separately)**.
Capable of making up to 371 cuts in 3 ¼-In. MDF Base Molding and up to 153 cuts in pressure treated 4-In. X 4-In. timber^***, this saw features Cut.Capture.Charge, a regenerative braking technology optimizing runtime and efficiency through a bevel gear transmission.
The saw optimizes work efficiency, capturing up to 97% of dust¹ during use to minimize cleanup and utilizes Wireless Tool Control, a feature that enables vacuum control with the pull of the trigger.
The DCS785 is available now where DEWALT products are sold.

20V MAX* XR^® 10-In. Double Bevel Fixed Miter Saw
The 20V MAX* XR^® 10-In. Double Bevel Fixed Miter Saw (DCS714) is DEWALT's most powerful 20V MAX* compact miter saw² and first 10-In. miter saw compatible with the entire range of 20V MAX* and DEWALT FLEXVOLT^® batteries (sold separately)**.
This saw features Cut.Capture.Charge regenerative braking technology which helps to deliver up to 434 cuts in 3 ¼-In. MDF Base Molding^** and can capture up to 97% of dust during use³.
The DCS714 will be available in May where DEWALT products are sold.

New DEWALT XR^® Drill Driver and Hammer Drill
Further expanding the DEWALT XR^® system are the 20V MAX* XR^® Brushless Cordless 1/2-In. Drill/Driver (DCD801) and 20V MAX* XR^®Brushless Cordless 1/2-In. Hammer Drill (DCD806), DEWALT's most powerful 20V MAX* 2-speed drill/driver and 20V* Max 2-speed hammer drill³.
Each of these come equipped with the DEWALT ANTI-ROTATION System, which senses the rotational motion of the tool and shuts it down if excessive motion is detected.
Both models will be available in May where DEWALT products are sold.

DEWALT also released several new lasers and chalk reels including:
